To transfer funds to or from your Matchbook account, simply email [email protected] and the corresponding book with the following information: your full name, user name at both books, and the amount you wish to transfer. Moneybookers: Moneybookers deposits incur a 3.5% fee which is returned to you in the form of commission credits. There is a minimum deposit of $30 and a maximum of deposit $10,000 per transaction. All deposits are credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.
Neteller: Neteller fees are fully reimbursed through our Commission Credits, at 2.9%. Withdrawals are always free. Neteller deposits must be withdrawn back to Neteller up to the amount of the cumulative deposit.
Credit Card: Funds can be approved nearly instantly once your card is registered, and the 3.5% processing fee is automatically reimbursed through Commission Credits. Please check with your bank for any additional fees before depositing. Minimum $30.00, maximum $10,000. The deposits are made using Moneybookers as the processor. However the deposits go directly from your credit card to your Matchbook account. Fees are less then depositing to your Moneybookers account by credit card and then transferring to your Matchbook account.
