Popular online poker site is now joined by land version
It's taken two years of licensing negotiations and a significant investment in a plush land establishment in Nottingham, UK but Rob Yong's Dusk Till Dawn poker room has surmounted opposition and delays and is almost operational at last, complementing a Cryptologic-powered online version of the brand that has been pulling 'em in for the past two years.
The land operations of DTD will arguably be the largest live poker venue in Western Europe, capable of seating up to 500 poker players with luxurious hospitality facilities to satisfy the growing poker audience. Some of Europe's highest profile professional poker players have been involved in the project, to ensure that the "playing experience" is second to none. Situated 10km from a major airport and 5km from the motorway, the club will have the capacity to provide up to 750 car parking spaces, restaurant, bar, internet cafe and TV facilities.
The new facility has teamed up with Bluff Magazine to offer membership of DTD with free copies of the European edition of the popular publication.
On Saturday 1st December, Dusk Till Dawn will celebrating its achievement by hosting what it bills as the most exclusive poker tournament in Europe. Only 108 players will be allowed to enter, the majority of whom will have been personally invited. It's a hot ticket that can't be bought for love nor money, but it can be acquired by skill!
Integrated into the mix are online satellites at DTD Poker.com for seats at the land Dusk Till Dawn's GBP 500 Opening Weekend Tournament. There is no direct buy-in, but players can enter satellites from as little as GBP 1 and win the chance to celebrate the opening weekend with Dusk Till Dawn. |
