查了这个网站，关于要证件的说明文字有
使用信用卡的话，比较严格
All funds transferred using a credit card for account deposits shall be held by POKER4EVER for a period of two months. The difference given by any possible win amounts can be withdrawn by means of a bank transfer after having registered an appropriate request and having sent an e-mail or a fax copy of a valid identity document (front and rear of the document), a copy of the credit card used and the copy of any invoice addressed to the holder of the POKER4EVER account (e.g. The user’s telephone bill). Once the two months have elapsed, the whole amount will be available for withdrawal although only by means of a bank transfer.
POKER4EVER may request documents to verify identity and/or authorisation to use a specific Credit Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals; this may cause slight delays.
