Enhancements to popular wireless platform as company realises European expansion plans
Mobile technology provider Phantom Fiber Corporation has introduced new enhancements to its wireless platform as the company expands into UK and European markets.
In response to the demand for a mobile solution capable of supporting the latest advances in mobile devices and networks, Phantom claims it can now support over 1 500 mobile handsets and PDAs, including all of the most popular devices used across the UK and Europe.
Phantom Fiber mobile platforms are an extension of its clients' websites, extending a diversity of functions and services that were always considered Internet-only applications.
The company's focus in the UK and European market is initially targeted on gaming and financial services, which includes sportsbook, lotteries, bingo, poker, horse racing, casino games, and a portfolio of soft games.
Phantom Fiber is additionally establishing a presence to broaden its reach into the European and British financial markets in an initiative that includes extending services offered in the banking and brokerage markets, providing financial institutions with a full mobile content offering based on a single mobile vendor platform.
"I joined the Phantom team in November '06 and have since met with many of the leading UK and European sportsbetting and gaming operators," claims Jim Preedy the UK and European director for business development at Phantom. "To date it has astounded me that those who have deployed a mobile offering use a system which works across only a handful of mobile devices and offers none of the critical elements such as account registration, cashier and marketing features found as standard in the Phantom solution."
Preedy added that he had received a "very warm reception" from the financial sector and anticipated good business opportunities.
Phantom has already established a sound reputation in the region, with partnerships with companies such as Orbis, Finsoft, Dynamite Idea, Parlay Entertainment, GTS Plc, Skill 4 Prizes, Kiron Interactive, Leisure & Gaming, and Bidnation. |
