13 year Talarius veteran to bring together technical and security divisions
Talarius, owner of the adult gaming centre Quicksilver and online gaming portal Cyberslotz, has appointed Les Brydon to the newly-created position of Gaming Support Director.
The former Regional Operations Director will oversee an amalgamation of the company’s technical and security departments as part of his portfolio. Brydon’s key roles will include overseeing Quicksilver machine procurement, third party servicing strategy and progressing the roll-out of a remote viewing digital CCAV programme.
On his new role, Brydon commented: “I am totally focussed and committed to providing an improved service to Quicksilver field operations. At a time when the introduction of the Gambling Act is fast approaching, with September 1st 2007 seeing the biggest shake up of the UK betting and gaming industry for forty years, it is going to be crucial to provide considered support and guidance to our operating team and to help them navigate their way through the blizzard of new regulation and controls.”
The move marks the most senior appointment in Brydon’s 13-year Talarius career. |
