IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

After 8 years of dedicated services as an online Casino, Bingo and Poker operator, Virgin Games is moving to pastures new in 2013 under new ownership.

From 29th January 2013, Virgin Games will be owned and operated by Gamesys, which through its subsidiaries operates the brands Jackpotjoy, Sun Bingo and Caesars online Casino and Bingo.

As a Virgin Games affiliate, the sale of the Virgin Games business does affect you directly, and it is very important you read and understand the information below to keep earning commission on your existing Virgin Games players.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT TERMINATION

At midnight (UK time) on 28th January 2013, all Virgin Games players will be transferred across to Gamesys, and the Virgin Games affiliate program will cease to operate.

This email serves as our official notice that your existing affiliate agreement with Virgin Games Services Ltd will terminate at midnight (UK time) on 28th January 2013.

PLAYER & AFFILIATE ACCOUNT MIGRATION

Gamesys has pledged to migrate and map your Virgin Games players into their own affiliate program http://www.market-ace.com. As such, from midnight (UK time) on the 28th of January 2013, all your migrated Virgin Games players will fall under the Market-Ace affiliate program terms and conditions.

If you want to keep earning commission on your existing Virgin Games players and do not have an affiliate account at Market-Ace, you will be required to create one. If you already have an affiliate account with Market-Ace, David and his affiliate team will map your Virgin Games players to your affiliate account there.

In any case, Market-Ace has set up the email address [email protected] and they will contact you to assist you throughout this process.

FINAL AFFILIATE COMMISSION PAYMENT

As you’ll understand, the mid-month sale of the business will disrupt our usual payment procedure slightly.

Virgin Games Services Ltd will settle all December commissions this week as usual. Commission earned in January will be paid by Virgin games Services Ltd after the 28th of January 2013.

Payment threshold rules will not apply to December and January commission payments, and we will endeavour to pay you however small the amount - provided it falls within the limits set out by your chosen payment method.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we hold the correct Bank, Neteller or Moneybookers details in order to process final commission payments (if any such payment is due).

If by 28th January 2013 we haven’t been able to process any final Virgin Games Services affiliate payment due to you because of outdated/incorrect payment details, we will not try again.

Market-Ace will not enter any discussion about this later, the period the earnings relate to is not under their legal remit.

Please make sure your payment details are up to date right now and contact us if they need updating.

PRODUCTS, TRACKING & CREATIVES

Gamesys is committed to steer Virgin Games to bright new horizons, and they have worked on a new product proposition to accommodate this vision, with a new Virgin Games website due to be unveiled at midnight (UK time) on the 28th January 2013.

Some of our most popular games and products will remain; some will go, some will be added. As such, the new site will not be Virgin Games as you’ve learned to promote it, and we invite you to contact Market-Ace at [email protected] to find out how best to adjust your marketing activities to the new Virgin Games proposition.

As you realise, the above has immediate consequences on your current advertising activities, and we strongly advise you to take all necessary steps to get your marketing activities ready for 28th January 2013.

With effect from midnight (UK time) on the 28th January 2013, all existing Virgin Games affiliate marketing material will become obsolete in terms of branding, promotional messages, and some products/games advertised too.

More importantly, your current Virgin Games tracking links will stop working. To promote Virgin Games after the 28th January 2013, the Market Ace program will be the place to go to pick up creative and tracking links.
