Online gaming operator bet365 has gone live with ten new mobile scratchcard games from Gibraltar-based developer Trimark Gaming, which have been distributed through an exclusive partnership with platform provider Odobo.
The ten games are available for real-money play in the Games section of bet365’s mobile website, and include The Amazing Circus, Astro, Beauty Salon, Geisha Memoirs, Haunted Mansion, Hillbilly Haven, Pirate's Treasure Trove, Shopping Spree, Tiki Treasure, and Rockstar Riches.
Each of the games have a variable/random multiplier, paying the player up to five times their stake for each win, and have been optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
Based in Gibraltar, Trimark was founded by David Dent, who has extensive experience in marketing and game development for social/casual gaming and real-money gaming.
Trimark previously produced games for third parties where Trimark acted as a contract developer but was not in control of the end-to-end concept development or game production. In recent years, the company experimented with producing games for the Facebook platform, but decided instead to embark on the development of its own platform technology.
This would have enabled Trimark to build and distribute games to gaming operators, but with significant investment in time and capital needed, the company has since decided to team up on an exclusive basis with Odobo to build and distribute its games.
“Having gathered a wealth of experience in what makes a great game appealing, I was keen to focus our attention on games production,” said Dent. “Trimark is a passion. We’re fully management owned and when the company is your own, seeking the right partners for success is no small decision.
“The Odobo model made immediate sense and has provided the platform we needed to get all 10 of our new games live with one of the leading industry operators.”
Trimark said that it has an extensive portfolio of game concepts which are being deployed for the Odobo platform, including new HTML5 slots and bingo-based games to be rolled out later this year.
“We are excited about our relationship with Odobo,” continued Dent. “Odobo got us live with one of the largest gaming operators in the industry. Having a strong partner makes all the difference as it allows us to focus our efforts and resources on making popular games.
“Working with Odobo has provided a business opportunity for Trimark that was previously unavailable. We are now focussed on building upon this foundation.”
Trimark is expected to release two new scratchcards in the near future, including Knights of Atlantis and Sky Kingdom, while the company is also looking to bring its popular Facebook game Loteria into the real-money market.
Loteria is a popular game in Mexico and Spain, and is a version of bingo that is played with cards that are each illustrated with colourful characters and symbols. It will be launched through the Odobo platform, which now features a selection of 68 games from 24 independent developers. |
