扑克之星（PokerStars）账户被冻结

我想注册论坛下线，然后想把原来的账户名字。改了。于是就发给他们，他们让我提供身份证。账单等。后来我想算了，太麻烦。就用同一台电脑从新注册了个号。现在账户被冻结了。他们要求我还是提供身份证明。然后我就把身份证照下来给他了。大概什么时候有消息呢。都2天了
